A Missouri Lottery player purchased a Powerball ticket that matched all five white-ball numbers drawn in the Feb. 22 drawing, to win a $1 million prize. The winning ticket was sold at Schnucks Market, 10275 Clayton Road, in St. Louis.
The winning numbers drawn in the Feb. 22 drawing were 11, 19, 39, 44 and 65, and the Powerball number was 7.
There have now been four Missouri players to win the Powerball “Match 5” $1 million base prize this year, with one of those players doubling their prize with the addition of Power Play.
In the last fiscal year, players in St. Louis County won more than $205.1 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in the county received more than $19.5 million in commissions and bonuses, and an additional $39 million in appropriated Lottery funds supported educational programs in the county.
