Selective Service Registration Requirement

Anyone who is required to register under the United States Military Selective Service Act must show proof of registration prior to being offered employment with the State of Missouri. (Authority: Section 105.1213, RSMo.)

State Taxes Requirement

State law requires all employees to pay their state taxes in a timely manner as a condition of employment. Each year the Department of Revenue will determine if any state employees are delinquent in paying their state taxes for the prior tax year. Employees who are delinquent will be notified and given sufficient time to resolve their state tax liability. Employees who fail to meet this requirement will be terminated. Sales Systems Manager - Jefferson City

This Sales Systems Manager (Research/Data Analyst) will serve as the administrator for the Lottery’s field software solution, gemIntelligence.  This position is the liaison between the Lottery’s sales team and the vendor to use this software tool as a means to grow sales, by identifying enhancement opportunities for the system and by leading training efforts with the sales team to maximize the use of gemIntelligence as a selling tool.  This position is responsible for the tracking and reporting of software issues and requests for enhancements, software testing and deployment of software releases.

Program Coordinator - Jefferson City

The Missouri Lottery is looking for a public information coordinator to join our Communications team, overseeing our responsible gaming program and our accreditation with the World Lottery Association. In this position, you’ll lead our organization’s responsible gaming committee, create annual action plans, track initiatives and provide guidance on problem gambling. You’ll also serve as the secretary of the Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of keeping up to date on responsible gaming best practices and opportunities, making recommendations to the organization and documenting our continuous improvement. You’ll also write news releases and/or write, edit and proof a variety of materials, including annual reports, corporate social responsibility content and assorted brochures. You may also assist in social media or video projects. Top candidates will be highly organized, have a strong, detail-oriented work ethic and demonstrate exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
