A Missouri Lottery player has claimed a $50,000 prize on a “$250 Million Extravaganza” Scratchers ticket purchased at QuikTrip, 4600 N.W. Gateway Drive, in Riverside. 

The win marks the second time a $50,000 prize has been won in Platte County on this game since the ticket was released on May 27. This first winning ticket was sold at another QuikTrip location in Parkville and that prize was claimed in July.

“$250 Million Extravaganza” players have won over $37 million in prizes since the $50 game began. Over $230.2 million remain in unclaimed prizes, including two top prizes of $5 million, three prizes of $1 million and 44 additional $50,000 prizes. 

Players who purchased tickets in Platte County last fiscal year won more than $18.6 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $1.4 million in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $321,000 in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
