A Riverside business that sold a $50,000 winning Scratchers ticket in August also sold a Show Me Cash ticket worth $92,000 in September. Both winning tickets were purchased at QuikTrip, 4600 N.W. Gateway Drive, in Riverside.

The Show Me Cash winner found out he had won the jackpot prize in the Sept. 21 drawing when he checked the winning numbers on the official Missouri Lottery mobile app. The winning numbers for that night’s drawing were 5, 10, 18, 29 and 31.  

“We’re just going to hold onto it,” the winner said when asked about plans for his winnings.

Show Me Cash drawings are held daily at 8:59 p.m., with jackpots that start at $50,000 and grow until won. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $99,000.

In FY24, players in Platte County won more than $18.6 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $1.4 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $320,000 in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
