A Missouri Lottery player won a $50,000 prize in the Sept. 29 Powerball drawing on a ticket purchased at Walmart, 201 Highlands Boulevard Drive, in Manchester. 

So far this year, Missouri players have won 33 prizes of $50,000 or more playing Powerball for total winning of more than $3 million. Of those 33 prizes, four have been won in St. Louis County. 

The winning numbers on Sept. 29 were 1, 3, 27, 60 and 65 with a Powerball number of 16. 

Powerball is a multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. This Wednesday’s jackpot is now estimated at $320 million.

In FY25, players in St. Louis County won more than $195.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $18.8 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $47.9 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
