A Boone County Missouri Lottery player matched all six numbers drawn in the Oct. 15 Lotto drawing to win a $3.2 million jackpot prize. The winning numbers for that night’s drawing were 8, 11, 15, 18, 30 and 34.  The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at MPC 94, 126 S. Providence Road, in Columbia. 

While claiming his prize at Lottery Headquarters in Jefferson City, the winner shared he usually checks the numbers shortly after the drawing takes place.

“That night, I was watching a movie and didn’t check it until later,” he explained. “At first, I thought I had matched five of the six numbers, but then I looked again and realized I had all six!”

After double and triple checking the ticket, he signed the back and tucked it away for safe keeping.

“I have to say, I had a little trouble falling asleep after finding out I won,” he chuckled.

In FY25, players in Boone County won more than $25.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $2.3 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $52 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
